For example, we manage an RPO project in which we diligently track all candidate communication to ensure that we attempt at least two calls to every applicant prior to removing them from our talent pool (in alignment with federal regulations for this sector). We also provide detailed EEO reporting to our Transportation clients to align with their own internal EEO goals.
